Plant Guarantee:

Warranty only applies to trees and plant material installed by AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. Trees and shrubs which fail to live 1 year will be replaced ONE TIME for labor charges only. Warranty does not apply to trees and shrubs that fail to survive because of neglect, freeze, or drought.  Warranty is void if plants or trees are damaged due to landscape maintenance operations such as mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming, etc.  Warranty does not apply to trees and shrubs that are damaged due to acts of nature.

Transplants:

Although AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. takes great care in the transplanting of it clients’ plant material, transplants take extra care. Please refer to our care instructions for this information.  Due to the challenge of     transplanting, AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. is unable to provide a guarantee on transplanted material.

Plant Availability:

Plants agreed upon are not always available in the condition that AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. requests from the growers.  Substitution may be necessary without notice.  Plants will be replaced with plants that are similar in size and design intent.  The price of the replacements may vary and the difference will be credited or charged on the final invoice, according to circumstances.

Care Instructions:

Care of newly planted material is the sole responsibility of the client.  All clients are expected to make arrangements for the immediate care of the newly planted material.  If there is any uncertainty about the plant care, please contact AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. immediately. Often, by the time the problem is visible, it is too late to reverse the problem.  AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. is not liable for destruction of plant life due to negligence, or failure to follow plant care instructions.

Change Orders:

Client is responsible for paying the cost of all changes from the agreement or work requested by the client and varying from the plan approved by the parties. AAA Landscape of Tulsa, Inc. is not required to make changes to the work except upon execution by the parties of a written change order specifying any change in the contract price or time for performance, if any.  Clients must pay for all change orders at the time of final invoice. An additional deposit may be required.

Scheduling:

Whenever possible, jobs are scheduled in the order in which deposits are received.  Often, AAA Landscape of Tulsa cannot provide an exact starting date due to circumstances beyond their control, such as the weather, jobsite changes, additions to prior project, or delays in labor or material. Clients will be kept informed of our scheduling.

Payment:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in cash or its equivalents as follows:  On jobs up to $20,000, a 25% deposit is required to be paid to the commencement of the work, with the balance due upon completion.  On jobs greater than $20,000 a one-third deposit is required to be paid prior to the commencement of the work, one-third when half the project is completed, and the balance must be paid upon receipt of the final invoice.  Late charges of 18% per year (1.5% per month) will be applied to balances not paid within 30 days.
